Houston & Texas Central Railway's Eakin Street Yard Office (Dallas).

Now located at the Museum of the American Railroad, this venerable structure continues to elude researchers as to its actual use and date of construction.  The subject of PBS's History Detectives in 2003, this building has seen continuous use in a railroad context for at least a century. The Arts and Culture are good for the soul.

They make us feel good about ourselves.

They inspire individuality and creativity in all of us.

A world without the Arts and Culture is merely an existence.
